You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Reed Lab for personal, educational, and professional reed work.
2. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering or unauthorized redistribution.
- No unlawful use.
- No removal of intellectual-property notices.
3. Data and Responsibility
You are responsible for data accuracy and backup strategy. Recommendation outputs (including ARE-based guidance) are advisory and context-dependent.
4. Third-Party Components
Reed Lab may include open-source libraries and platform services governed by their own licenses and terms.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
Reed Lab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific musical outcomes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to app use.
7. Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated. If terms are violated, your right to use the app may be revoked.
8. Changes
Terms may be updated over time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
