Desse salgsvilkåra gjeld for kjøp av digitale tenester og fysiske produkt frå Austestad.

Kjøpar: Den personen som gjennomfører kjøp via nettsida eller ved direkte avtale.
2. Pris og betaling
Alle prisar er oppgitt i norske kroner (NOK) og inkluderer merverdiavgift (mva.) der dette er aktuelt.
Vi aksepterer betaling med:
- Vipps
- Bankkort (Visa, Mastercard)
Betalinga vert behandla av ein trygg tredjepartsteneste. Betalinga må vere gjennomført før levering.
3. Leveringstid og leveringsmåte
Digitale tenester og produkt
Digitale produkt som programvare, musikkfiler, eller liknande vert levert elektronisk umiddelbart etter at betalinga er stadfesta. Du mottar nedlastingslenke eller tilgangskode via e-post.
Fysiske produkt
Fysiske varer som CD-ar, vinylplater eller tilsvarande vert sendt med Posten eller annan fraktleverandør. Normal leveringstid i Noreg er 2-5 verkedagar etter at betalinga er motteken. Frakt kjem i tillegg til produktpris, og prisen vert vist i kassen før du fullfører kjøpet.
4. Angrerett
Digitale tenester og produkt
Du har IKKJE angrerett på digitale produkt. I samsvar med angrerettlova § 22 bokstav a, gjeld ikkje angreretten for digitalt innhald som du har fått tilgang til. Ved å starte nedlastinga eller få tilgang til produktet, samtykker du eksplisitt og erkjenner at du misser angreretten.
Viktig: Me tilrår sterkt at du lastar ned og testar gratis trial-versjonar av programvara før du kjøper, for å sikre at produktet fungerer på din maskin og dekker dine behov.
Fysiske produkt
For fysiske varer har du 14 dagars angrerett frå den dagen du mottek varen. For å nytte angreretten må varen returnerast i uopna og original tilstand. Porto for retur må du betale sjølv. Meld frå om retur innan 14 dagar til e-post: post@lurenstudio.
Etter at vi har motteke varen i returnerbar stand, vil vi tilbakebetale kjøpesummen innan 14 dagar.
5. Reklamasjonsrett
Viss produktet er mangelfullt, har du rett til å reklamere i samsvar med kjøpslova og forbrukarkjøpslova. Kontakt oss på e-post post@lurenstudio.no for å melde reklamasjon. Vi vil svare så raskt som mogleg og finne ei løysing.
Reklamasjonsfristen er 2 år frå du mottok produktet for fysiske varer, og 2 år frå kjøpsdato for digitale tenester, avhengig av type produkt.
6. Personvern og personopplysningar
Vi behandlar personopplysningar i samsvar med personopplysningslova og GDPR. Informasjon om korleis vi behandlar personopplysningane dine, finn du i vår personvernerklæring.
Opplysningar som namn, adresse, e-post og telefonnummer vert samla inn for å gjennomføre kjøpet og levere produktet. Vi deler ikkje opplysningane med tredjepart utanom det som er nødvendig for betaling og frakt.
7. Ansvarsbegrensing
Austestad er ikkje ansvarleg for indirekte tap eller følgjeskader som følgje av bruk av produkta, med mindre skaden skuldast grov aktløyse eller forsett frå vår side.
Vi tek forbehold om trykkfeil på nettsida og om at varer kan vere utsolgte.
8. Immaterielle rettar
Alt innhald på nettsida, inkludert tekst, bilete, musikk, programvare og grafisk design, er beskytta av opphavsrett og tilhøyrer Austestad eller våre samarbeidspartnarar. Du har ikkje lov til å kopiere, distribuere eller på annan måte bruke innhaldet kommersielt utan uttrykkjeleg samtykke.

Vi kan oppdatere desse vilkåra ved behov. Endringar vert publisert på denne sida, og ved vesentlege endringar vil du bli varsla via e-post dersom mogleg. Ved å halde fram med å bruke tenestene våre etter endringar, godtek du dei oppdaterte vilkåra.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to purchases of digital services and physical products from Austestad.

Buyer: The person who completes a purchase via the website or through direct agreement.
2. Price and Payment
All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value-added tax (VAT) where applicable.
We accept payment via:
- Vipps
- Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Payment is processed by a secure third-party service. Payment must be completed before delivery.
3. Delivery Time and Method
Digital Services and Products
Digital products such as software, music files, or similar are delivered electronically immediately after payment is confirmed. You will receive a download link or access code via email.
Physical Products
Physical goods such as CDs, vinyl records, or similar are shipped via Posten or another freight carrier. Normal delivery time in Norway is 2-5 business days after payment is received. Shipping costs are additional to the product price and will be shown in the checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Digital Services and Products
You have NO right of withdrawal for digital products. In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act § 22 letter a, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that you have accessed. By starting the download or accessing the product, you explicitly consent and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal.
Important: We strongly recommend that you download and test free trial versions of the software before purchasing, to ensure that the product works on your machine and meets your needs.
Physical Products
For physical goods, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned unopened and in original condition. You must pay return shipping yourself. Report returns within 14 days to email: post@lurenstudio.no.
After we have received the item in returnable condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
5. Right to Complain
If the product is defective, you have the right to complain in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Purchase Act. Contact us at email post@lurenstudio.no to file a complaint. We will respond as quickly as possible and find a solution.
The complaint period is 2 years from when you received the product for physical goods, and 2 years from the purchase date for digital services, depending on the type of product.
6. Privacy and Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and GDPR. Information about how we process your personal data can be found in our privacy policy.
Information such as name, address, email, and phone number is collected to complete the purchase and deliver the product. We do not share information with third parties except as necessary for payment and shipping.
7. Limitation of Liability
Austestad is not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages resulting from the use of products, unless the damage is caused by gross negligence or intent on our part.
We reserve the right for typographical errors on the website and for items being out of stock.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the website, including text, images, music, software, and graphic design, is protected by copyright and belongs to Austestad or our partners. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, or otherwise use the content commercially without explicit consent.
